Eligibility

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be in original or gently used condition
  • Proof of purchase (order number) required

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@mysplashstrike.com with your order number
  2. We’ll send you return instructions within 24 hours
  3. Ship the item back to us
  4. Refund issued within 3–5 business days of receiving the return

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@mysplashstrike.com with a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
